Directions for use One serving (30g) is ideally mixed (with stirring) to freshly boiled water in a 3:1 ratio (90ml). Cold water, milk, or milk based alternative may also be used. Depending on consistency desired, more or less fluid can be added. Alternatively, Cream of Rice can be cooked by microwave. Note that whey protein products such as Whey ISO contain water content also, which may dilute the consistency when added to the finished cooked product.
