Navigating Menopause for Neurodivergent Women: Brain, Body, and Workplace Support Online Course

Overview

Navigating Menopause for Neurodivergent Women is a three-session, evidence-based programme designed to support autistic, ADHD and dyslexic women through the cognitive, emotional and workplace challenges of perimenopause and menopause.

Blending neuroscience, lived-experience insight and practical tools, the course explores how hormonal changes uniquely impact neurodivergent brains, intensifying executive dysfunction, sensory overload and burnout risk.

Participants gain a clear understanding of brain chemistry, learn strategies to stabilise memory, focus and emotional regulation, and develop personalised sensory and executive-function support plans. The programme also provides clear guidance on workplace rights, reasonable adjustments and self-advocacy under the Equality Act, empowering women to reduce barriers at work and beyond.

Each participant leaves with a tailored Menopause & Neurodivergence Support Plan to support long-term wellbeing, confidence and sustainability at work and in daily life.

Session 1:
Understanding Menopause Through a Neurodivergent Lens

Session 2:
Brain Chemistry, Executive Function & Regulation During Menopause
