Grapes selected from plots planted with micro-clover and Norwegian seaweed. Vinified in oak casks without malolactic fermentation using the “solera” method. Perpetual blending Composition Blend of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 33% Pinot Meunier. Oak barrel solera winemaking process without malolactic fermentation. Perpetual blending. Dosed at 4g/L – extra brut. Aged 4 years in the wine cellar. When to drink This champagne can be served with poultry in creamy sauce or strong- flavoured game. Tasting Notes Pale gold and bright robe. White floral notes paired with subtle woody aromas blossom from the bouquet. The initial attack is full-bodied and vibrant. The rich flavour bursts with complex aromas before acidity floods in to finish on refreshing citrus notes.
