Composition This Champagne is composed of 20% Meunier, 41% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir.100% of the grapes are from the year 2016. This Champagne is dosed at 8.4g/l making it a brut. When to drink This Champagne is perfect for apéritif or in a Cocktail. To be served with salmon pie or roast duck in a crust. For dessert served with a red fruit  Champagne sabayon. Best enjoyed at 10º. Tasting Notes To the eye: we observe golden hue with coppery highlights. Discreet effervescence. To the nose: we smell patisserie aromas of almond and warm brioche opening onto notes of citrus and menthol. To the taste: the palate is dominated by the structure of pinot noir. Aromas of raisin bread, with hints of Mirabelle plum and vanilla.
