Composition A blend of 33% Pinot Noirs, 33% Meunier and 33% Chardonnay, vinified in stainless steel tanks from 2018 vintage. Dosage of 6 g/l, the Vintage 2018 is an extra-brut champagne. Tasting Notes Appearance: Golden yellow color with slight copper highlights and fine bubbles. Nose: Crisp white fruits, mirabelles and apricots, with a hint of toasted bread. Palate: Clean and precise, offering good length and a lovely balance. Perfect as an aperitif or in a cocktail. Pairs beautifully with Bresse chicken or a beef carpaccio.
