Description This magnificent Flagship blend consists of Cabernet Franc, Mourvedre, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. All grapes are hand-picked and rigorously hand-selected to ensure only the best bunches make the final blend. Not a single grape will find its way into the wine unintentionally. All four components were matured separately for 9 months in French oak barrels then blended and matured for a further 6 months. The aim of Gravity has always been to craft a complex and seamless blend reflecting the fine balance between fruit ripeness and earthy vinosity, all knitted together by patient hands-off maturation. Gravity is only bottled when the very finest grapes allow the creation to be of the highest standards. Therefore, when a vintage is released, we recommend you take at least a case or two. We never know when nature will produce the highest standard of grapes for Gravity again! 34% Cabernet Franc, 25% Mourvedre, 22% Syrah, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon.
